Does it cost me any extra to book accommodation through OZbreaks?

No. It won’t cost you any extra. The rates advertised on OZbreaks are the same as you'd find on the property's own website. We do not mark up rates by any amount. We take a small commission from the property and donate 10% to your nominated community group or charity.


How do I nominate a specific organisation to receive the donation generated by my booking?

Either use the link provided to you by your organisation, or enter the code for your nominated beneficiary at the time of booking. If you don't remember the code, simply email us at info@ozbreaks.com.au and we'll let you know what it is.


What if I don't nominate an organisation to receive the donation?

If no organisation is nominated we will automatically assign the featured charity of the month to receive the donation.


What if I have a problem with my reservation, or need to make a change to it?

The good thing about OZbreaks is that once the booking has been made, you are dealing with the property directly. Their contact details will be on your confirmation. Always check the booking terms and conditions before submitting your reservation.


What if the charity or group I want my donation to go to is not available?
